In the event that, after a period of 5 days in a damp paper towel, no taproot has been exposed, the Company commits to providing a replacement seed at no cost to the customer.

Feminization Guarantee: Red House Seed Co. affirms the feminization of its seeds, ensuring the development of exclusively female plants. This guarantee is inherent to the genetic composition of our seeds, alleviating any concerns related to male plant growth.

Replacement Procedure: To invoke the germination or feminization guarantee, the customer must promptly communicate with our customer support team within the stipulated timeframe. Submission of requisite documentation, if deemed necessary, is encouraged. Red House Seed Co. will expeditiously dispatch a replacement seed, with all associated costs borne by the Company.
